what blanks do you use?

none. all products are cut and sewn. in other words, customized and designed from raw fabric by me, then sent to a factory to be produced in limited quantities. 

how do i know the item will fit me?

do you ship internationally? will i be responsible for customs duties? 


no, i will cover all customs costs.

when will i receive my order? 

once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address on file. if you input your phone number instead of your e-mail, you will not receive a confirmation via text. this e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number so please do not discard it.

please allow a processing time of up to 7 business days before the order is shipped out. once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your shipment's tracking information. all domestic and international orders should take about 2-5 days to be delivered.

note: your order may require more time than expected to be delivered as a result of the ongoing covid-19 impacts. 

do you do size exchanges or refunds?

unfortunately, i will not issue a refund if the item does not fit. please refer to the size chart and purchase wisely.

i accept size exchanges provided if the size you want is still available. however, you would be responsible for all related shipping charges.

other refund requests are decided on a case to case basis. please reach out via the contact form.

will there be a restock?

no :( 

can i cancel or modify my order?

if your package has not been shipped out, please reach out asap using the contact form. please do not dm me i might not see your message. if your package has been shipped, i would not be able to cancel or modify your order.

additional notes on shipping

i will not be liable for any lost or stolen package if the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered. if your package never arrives, gets stolen or misplaced during delivery, reach out to me via the contact form. i will issue you a refund or a replacement if the item is still available. 

in most cases, fedex will attempt to deliver your package three times before it gets returned to me. all packages that get returned to me can be resent to you for an additional shipping charge. 

are you open for commissions?
