When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, and an additional 5-7 days for delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Only if your order has not shipped. Please reach out via the contact form for any cancellation or modification requests.

DMs will not be entertained. 

What is your shipping policy?

I ship worldwide; however, starting January 1, 2024, I will no longer cover customs costs. I can simply no longer afford to cover them due to increased customs charges and inflation. Please understand my limitations and ensure to pay your country's customs charges for the package to be released and delivered on time.

I will not be liable for any missing packages, whether stolen or lost, if the tracking indicates the item has been delivered. If your package never arrives or is damaged during delivery, please reach out to me via the contact form, and I will issue you a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the product(s) in your order.

Packages that are returned to me as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable or unreachable, etc.) can be redelivered for an additional shipping charge.

What is your return policy?

Product(s) can be returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Product(s) returned in their original condition
  • Return request made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • All related shipping costs covered by you
  • Size exchanges only permitted if the size you want is still in stock

NOTE: For countries with high import taxes, please note that you will incur additional customs charges. I strongly recommend referring to the size chart and purchasing the correct size the first time around.

How do I find my size?

You may use the recommended sizing tool under any product listing to find your size. Please note that this tool may not apply to all body types.

For more accurate sizing, please refer to the exact product measurements found in the size chart.

As per my return policy, all shipping costs incurred from exchanges or refunds due to incorrect sizing will be borne by you.

What blanks do you use?

None! All products are cut-and-sew. 

This means, rather than printing on pre-produced blank apparel, my products are 'made from scratch,' where raw fabric is cut and sewn together to create garments. This ensures higher quality products and silhouettes that are unique to my store.

How do I care for your clothes?

Most products (unless specified in the product listing description) can be machine washed on a gentle and cool cycle. Please note that items are not pre-shrunk, so washing on high heat or machine-drying is not recommended. Do not iron directly on print or embroidery.
